How long will my order take?


Please provide 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled. After processing, shipping may vary depending on shipping option selected. A tracking number will be given with every order so you can get the most accurate estimated delivery date.




Washing Instructions


Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners, or dry-clean the items. DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang dry works best.




Returns and Exchanges


Returns and Exchanges on orders are accepted for defective or damaged products from shipping. Proof of damage must be shown. Please email thehumansbrand@gmail.com where we will be happy to settle any problems. You will hear back within 24 hours.




Product Availablility


Product availability listed online may be inaccurate. We reserve the right to revise and cancel all orders if necessary providing a full refund to the customer.




Will my order be affected by COVID-19?


Unfortunately, due to the current global situation, most businesses are experiencing delays in one way or another. Shipping couriers are prioritizing essential shipments and trying their best to get all shipments out on time. In some cases, this may not be possible.
